{"id":4736,"date":"2018-04-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-04-11T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/news\/santa-maria-maior-lisboa-catedral\/"},"modified":"2022-12-21T09:17:58","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T08:17:58","slug":"santa-maria-maior-lisboa-catedral","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/santa-maria-maior-lisboa-catedral\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial Agroman trabaja en Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa, catedral e iglesia m\u00e1s antigua de la ciudad portuguesa"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p><a title=\"Sobre Ferrovial Agroman\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/construccion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">Ferrovial Agroman<\/a> trabaja actualmente en las obras de contenci\u00f3n perif\u00e9rica, consolidaci\u00f3n estructural, excavaci\u00f3n general y arqueol\u00f3gica, registro, inventario y protecci\u00f3n de patrimonio en la <strong>Sede Patriarcal de Lisboa<\/strong>, catedral e iglesia<strong> m\u00e1s antigua de la ciudad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto implica la construcci\u00f3n de un espacio museol\u00f3gico con cripta arqueol\u00f3gica, instalaci\u00f3n de espacio para Archivo, desarrollo de accesos y la ejecuci\u00f3n de las impermeabilizaciones necesarias para la recuperaci\u00f3n de los vol\u00famenes principales. Al mismo tiempo se est\u00e1n reponiendo el patio y el jard\u00edn, restaurando las b\u00f3vedas y capillas de los claustros superior e inferior, consolidando las estructuras y efectuando las indispensables operaciones de <strong>conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>restauraci\u00f3n<\/strong> generales.<\/p>\n<p>Considerando la naturaleza patrimonial del edificio, sus caracter\u00edsticas espaciales y constructivas y su valor cultural, Ferrovial Agroman instalar\u00e1 pasarelas de acceso para personas con movilidad reducida, seguridad contra incendios e instalaciones de seguimiento de comportamiento t\u00e9rmico del complejo que ocupa m\u00e1s de <strong>4.450 m2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este proyecto que Ferrovial Agroman ejecuta para el Cabido de la S\u00e9, con un presupuesto de licitaci\u00f3n de <strong>3.874 M\u20ac<\/strong>, se encuadra en el protocolo establecido entre el Ministerio de Cultura y la Conferencia Episcopal Portuguesa en junio de 2009 para la implementaci\u00f3n del Proyecto \u00abRuta de las Catedrales\u00bb que busca <strong>devolver a las catedrales portuguesas una atenci\u00f3n global<\/strong> y co-responsable debido a su inestimable valor religioso, hist\u00f3rico, art\u00edstico, cultural, simb\u00f3lico y patrimonial. Adem\u00e1s, el Estado busca promover \u00abla estima colectiva y el cuidado compartido de cara a la conservaci\u00f3n de un patrimonio profundamente identitario, plural y multifac\u00e9tico, memoria viva de un pueblo\u00bb, que una vez restaurado ser\u00e1 <strong>accesible virtualmente a trav\u00e9s de grabaciones en 360\u00ba<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa o S\u00e9 de Lisboa, es la catedral de Lisboa y <strong>la iglesia m\u00e1s antigua de la ciudad<\/strong>. Desde el inicio de la construcci\u00f3n en el a\u00f1o <strong>1147<\/strong>, el edificio ha sido modificado en varias ocasiones y ha sobrevivido a varios terremotos. Actualmente es el resultado de una mezcla de distintos estilos arquitect\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de obra, dependiente de Juan Manuel S\u00e1nchez, Director de Portugal,\u00a0 Madrid Obra Civil y Castilla La Mancha Obra Civil, est\u00e1 formado por; Pedro Alexandre, Jefe de Grupo de Edificaci\u00f3n; Pedro Silva, Jefe de Obra; Vitor Pifaro, Jefe de Instalaciones Especi\u00e1is; Jos\u00e9 Almeida Jefe de Producci\u00f3n, Daniel Branquinho, Encargado General; Jos\u00e9 Carlos Freire, Jefe Administrativo y Mar\u00eda Barros, T\u00e9cnica de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos Laborales.<\/p>\n
