En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el m\u00e9rito es a\u00fan mayor al haberse convertido en el gran triunfador de la categor\u00eda global, donde compet\u00eda con los proyectos ganadores de cada una de las regiones del mundo: Europa, Oriente Medio y Am\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>La financiaci\u00f3n de este proyecto, en el que participan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferrovial.com\/es\/lineas-de-negocio\/autopistas\/sobre-cintra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cintra<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/plenarygroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plenary<\/a>, incluy\u00f3 la primera emisi\u00f3n de bonos realizada en proyectos <strong>PPP Greenfield en Australia<\/strong> desde la Gran Crisis Financiera.<\/p>\n<p>Jos\u00e9 Espinosa, CEO de <a href=\"https:\/\/netflowjv.com.au\/projects\/western-roads-upgrade\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Netflow Western Roads Upgrade<\/a>, declar\u00f3 que este premio reconoce una vez m\u00e1s <strong>la vocaci\u00f3n y capacidad de innovaci\u00f3n siempre presente en todos los proyectos en los que participa Ferrovial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Western Roads Upgrade es el <strong>mayor proyecto de inversi\u00f3n en la red de carreteras urbanas<\/strong> del Estado de Victoria (Australia). Es el primer proyecto de esta naturaleza adjudicado bajo la modalidad de colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico-privada mediante un pago por disponibilidad en Australia. Comprende mejoras en las carreteras de mayor crecimiento de tr\u00e1fico conjuntamente con un <strong>programa integral de mantenimiento a 20 a\u00f1os<\/strong> que cubre m\u00e1s de 260 kil\u00f3metros de la red de carreteras (m\u00e1s de 800 kil\u00f3metros de carriles).<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
