{"id":92992,"date":"2019-12-11T12:05:59","date_gmt":"2019-12-11T11:05:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/?post_type=new&#038;p=92992"},"modified":"2022-12-21T08:54:37","modified_gmt":"2022-12-21T07:54:37","slug":"ferrovial-agroman-chile-primera-constructora-en-obtener-certificacion-bim","status":"publish","type":"new","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/noticias\/ferrovial-agroman-chile-primera-constructora-en-obtener-certificacion-bim\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrovial Agroman Chile: primera constructora en obtener certificaci\u00f3n BIM bajo la ISO 19650 en el pais andino"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Tras un minucioso proceso de auditor\u00eda llevado a cabo por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bregroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BRE Global<\/a>, el pasado d\u00eda 18 de noviembre <strong>Ferrovial Agroman Chile<\/strong> se convierte en la primera constructora en obtener <strong>certificaci\u00f3n BIM<\/strong> bajo la nueva <strong>ISO 19650<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman Chile contin\u00faa su firme compromiso con la implementaci\u00f3n de BIM tanto en proyectos de Edificaci\u00f3n como de Infraestructuras, y mantiene su posici\u00f3n de liderazgo al convertirse en la primera constructora en obtener la certificaci\u00f3n BIM bajo la nueva norma ISO 19650 en dicho pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>A pesar de no ser un requerimiento a nivel pa\u00eds, desde la publicaci\u00f3n de la norma en enero de 2019 la direcci\u00f3n de Ferrovial Agroman Chile fij\u00f3 como objetivo la consecuci\u00f3n de dicha certificaci\u00f3n. Dicha decisi\u00f3n pone en marcha un minucioso proceso de auditor\u00eda llevado a cabo por BRE Global (Building Research Establishment) -prestigiosa organizaci\u00f3n con base en Reino Unido- quien establece una alianza estrat\u00e9gica con CTEC (Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico para la Innovaci\u00f3n de Chile) con el prop\u00f3sito de facilitar la certificaci\u00f3n a empresas que operan en este pa\u00eds.\u00a0 De este modo, no s\u00f3lo se obtiene la certificaci\u00f3n bajo est\u00e1ndares internacionales ISO sino que se garantiza que dicha normativa tenga sentido con el contexto y est\u00e1ndares locales.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien otras \u00e1reas geogr\u00e1ficas en Ferrovial Agroman han obtenido dicha certificaci\u00f3n bajo la antigua norma PAS 1192-2, ha sido el equipo de FA Chile el que, en colaboraci\u00f3n con del Departamento de Innovaci\u00f3n y Transformaci\u00f3n Digital, el primero en actualizar los procedimientos de metodolog\u00eda BIM para adecuarlos a la nueva norma. As\u00ed pues, es tambi\u00e9n la primera \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica en obtener la certificaci\u00f3n en el \u00abuniverso\u00bb Ferrovial.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan indica Joaquin Torres Feced, Director de Ferrovial Agroman Chile,<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n    <section class=\"block-quote \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10 block-quote__body\">\n            <blockquote class=\"block-quote__text\" aria-label=\"\">\n                &quot;El objetivo no es obtener una certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s, lo que buscamos con este proceso de auditor\u00eda es dar consistencia al modo de implementar la metodolog\u00eda BIM y, en \u00faltima instancia, el garantizar a nuestros clientes la gesti\u00f3n eficiente de la informaci\u00f3n en nuestros proyectos de principio a fin.
