En caso de llegarse a un acuerdo sobre la transacci\u00f3n, Ferrovial adquirir\u00eda por tanto el 96% de dicha participaci\u00f3n. El cierre de la operaci\u00f3n estar\u00eda sujeto a las condiciones habituales en este tipo de operaciones, entre otras la aprobaci\u00f3n del Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.<\/p>\n
