La propuesta ha sido respaldada por el 93,3% de los votos de la Junta.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo, Ferrovial da comienzo al proceso de fusi\u00f3n inversa transfronteriza en la que la actual sociedad matriz del Grupo, Ferrovial, S.A., ser\u00e1 absorbida por su filial, Ferrovial International SE (FISE). Con este cambio, la sede social de la matriz del Grupo se trasladar\u00e1 a Pa\u00edses Bajos y sus acciones se cotizar\u00e1n simult\u00e1neamente en Espa\u00f1a (Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao y Valencia) y Pa\u00edses Bajos (Euronext Amsterdam) y, posteriormente, solicitar su cotizaci\u00f3n en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>Todas las votaciones de los distintos puntos del d\u00eda sometidos a la Junta General de Accionistas estar\u00e1n disponibles en la web de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
