{"id":123458,"date":"2024-01-16T08:49:09","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T07:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/press_releases\/tag-along-rights-exercise-in-the-framework-of-the-agreement-for-the-sale-of-heathrow\/"},"modified":"2025-01-24T10:48:19","modified_gmt":"2025-01-24T09:48:19","slug":"ejercicio-de-los-derechos-de-acompanamiento-venta-heathrow","status":"publish","type":"press_release","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas-prensa\/ejercicio-de-los-derechos-de-acompanamiento-venta-heathrow\/","title":{"rendered":"Ejercicio de los derechos de acompa\u00f1amiento en  el marco del acuerdo para la venta de Heathrow"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p>Esta comunicaci\u00f3n hace referencia al comunicado de prensa con informaci\u00f3n privilegiada de fecha 28 de noviembre de 2023 relativo a la venta por parte de Ferrovial SE de la totalidad de su participaci\u00f3n (alrededor de un 25%) en FGP Topco, sociedad matriz de Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd., a Ardian y The Public Investment Fund (la Transacci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el proceso relativo al derecho de acompa\u00f1amiento <em>(tag-along right<\/em>) mencionado en nuestro anterior comunicado, algunos de los accionistas de FGP Topco han ejercitado dicho derecho sobre acciones que constituyen un 35% del capital social de FGP Topco (Acciones Acompa\u00f1adas).<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo de compraventa de las acciones de la filial de Ferrovial SE en FGP Topco sigue en vigor, si bien la venta de las mismas est\u00e1 condicionada a que la venta de las Acciones Acompa\u00f1adas tambi\u00e9n se materialice.
