Esta cantidad incluye aportaciones de fondos p\u00fablicos por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n. Dentro del consorcio encargado del proyecto, Ferrovial, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">a trav\u00e9s de su filial de autopistas Cintra,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> posee una participaci\u00f3n del 35%, mientras que Sacyr y Acciona cuentan con un 32,5% cada una.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La Agencia de Promoci\u00f3n de la Inversi\u00f3n Privada de Per\u00fa, ProInversi\u00f3n, dio a conocer esta adjudicaci\u00f3n el 4 de abril de 2024, despu\u00e9s de la finalizaci\u00f3n del plazo de noventa d\u00edas en el que otras empresas interesadas pod\u00edan participar en la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investinperu.pe\/RepositorioAPS0\/0\/2\/jer\/IP_014_2013\/AVP_DI-version_final_27_11_23-completa-limpio.pdf\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Declaratoria de Inter\u00e9s<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. El Anillo Vial Perif\u00e9rico se integra en el esquema de planificaci\u00f3n de infraestructura vial de Lima a nivel local, regional y nacional, y su objetivo es resolver los desaf\u00edos que plantea la movilidad en la capital peruana y en zonas cercanas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Este proyecto comprende el dise\u00f1o, financiaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n y mantenimiento de una autopista urbana de peaje de 34,8 km. La nueva ruta conectar\u00e1 11 distritos de Lima Metropolitana y uno del Callao, y beneficiar\u00e1 a 4,5 millones de habitantes. Durante su operaci\u00f3n, se anticipa la creaci\u00f3n de 20.000 empleos anuales, entre directos e indirectos. El t\u00e9rmino de la concesi\u00f3n se ha definido en 30 a\u00f1os desde la firma del contrato, o hasta alcanzar el Valor Presente de Ingresos por Peaje (VPIP) se\u00f1alado. El contrato prev\u00e9 la posibilidad de extender el periodo de concesi\u00f3n si el VPIP no se ha alcanzado en el a\u00f1o 30.<\/span><span
