Los t\u00edtulos de IRB se vendieron a un precio medio de 63,60 rupias.<\/p>\n<p>La plusval\u00eda antes de impuestos estimada se sit\u00faa en 130 millones de euros.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta operaci\u00f3n, la acci\u00f3n de Infrastructure Developers consigue m\u00e1s liquidez, mientras que Ferrovial mantiene una participaci\u00f3n del 19,9% en la compa\u00f1\u00eda y permanece como el segundo mayor accionista. Adem\u00e1s, seguir\u00e1 contando con la misma representaci\u00f3n en el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n. La transacci\u00f3n se produce despu\u00e9s de anunciar recientemente la compra de un 24% de IRB Infrastructure Trust y complementa la estrategia de Ferrovial en India, un mercado con excelentes
