El beneficio neto atribuido a la sociedad dominante fue de 14.201 millones de pesetas, frente a los 11.601 millones de 1997, un 22,4% m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>La cartera de pedidos en construcci\u00f3n super\u00f3 los 631.600 millones de pesetas al cierre del ejercicio. De ellos, 150.700 millones un 24% aproximadamente- corresponde a obras a realizar en el exterior, principalmente en Chile, Colombia, Italia, T\u00fanez y Marruecos. La facturaci\u00f3n de la actividad de construcci\u00f3n del Grupo en el exterior se elev\u00f3 a 44.300 millones de pesetas en 1998, que representa un 12,36 % con respecto del total de la facturaci\u00f3n agregada en la actividad de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Ferrovial realiz\u00f3 un importante esfuerzo inversor y comprometi\u00f3 inversiones brutas por importe de 107.000 millones de pesetas en 1998, cifra que supone un rec\u00f3rd en la historia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Asimismo, gener\u00f3 un flujo de caja operativo de 29.255 millones de pesetas, un 20,14% m\u00e1s que en 1997. Los fondos propios del Grupo alcanzaron los 98.064 millones de pesetas.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
