En virtud de la misma, Ferrovial, La Caisse y USS han vendido la totalidad de sus participaciones, que ascienden al 5,25%, al 2,65% y al 2,1% respectivamente, por un importe total de 887,5 millones de libras esterlinas, correspondiendo 466 millones de libras esterlinas (aproximadamente 551 millones de euros) a la participaci\u00f3n de Ferrovial.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia de la transacci\u00f3n, Ferrovial reconocer\u00e1 un beneficio estimado de 31 millones de euros a 30 de junio de 2025, adicionalmente al beneficio ya contabilizado en 2024 como valor razonable de la inversi\u00f3n financiera.<\/p>\n<p><em>* Traducci\u00f3n al espa\u00f1ol a efectos meramente informativos.
