El proyecto, valorado en cerca de 1.470 millones de d\u00f3lares, contempla un trazado de casi 24 kil\u00f3metros de longitud que <strong>conectar\u00e1 los condados de Brazoria y Galveston<\/strong>, y supone un hito significativo en la expansi\u00f3n del anillo de 296 kil\u00f3metros Grand Parkway.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos orgullosos de trabajar con TxDOT en este importante proyecto para una regi\u00f3n de Houston en constante crecimiento. Esta adjudicaci\u00f3n refleja nuestro compromiso compartido de desarrollar infraestructuras de alta calidad para las comunidades de Texas\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Ignacio Gast\u00f3n, consejero delegado de Ferrovial Construcci\u00f3n. \u201cPartiendo del \u00e9xito obtenido en la construcci\u00f3n de los tramos H e I-1 de la SH 99, esperamos <strong>seguir mejorando la movilidad y la conectividad en todo el sureste de Texas<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>obras del tramo B-1<\/strong> se ejecutar\u00e1n bajo un contrato de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n que, adem\u00e1s, contempla el mantenimiento durante un periodo de hasta 15 a\u00f1os e incluye:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La construcci\u00f3n de<strong> cuatro nuevos carriles de peaje<\/strong> gestionados por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.txdot.gov\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TxDOT<\/a><\/li>\n<li>V\u00edas de servicio<\/li>\n<li>Conexiones directas entre la SH 35 y la nueva SH 99<\/li>\n<li>Mejoras operativas en la SH 35<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El proyecto <strong>reducir\u00e1 la congesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, mejorar\u00e1 la fiabilidad de los desplazamientos en la regi\u00f3n y <strong>potenciar\u00e1 el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico<\/strong>, al tiempo que <strong>optimizar\u00e1 la capacidad de evacuaci\u00f3n en caso de emergencia y huracanes<\/strong>. Se prev\u00e9 que la firma definitiva del contrato tenga lugar este verano, y <strong>est\u00e1 previsto que las obras finalicen durante el invierno de 2031-2032<\/strong>.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
