La compa\u00f1\u00eda griega, el mayor operador de infraestructuras local, adquiere el 100% de ambos activos tras la transmisi\u00f3n del 33,34% y del 21,41%, respectivamente, que Ferrovial a\u00fan manten\u00eda en ambas autopistas de peaje.<\/p>\n<p>Esta operaci\u00f3n, que se enmarca en la <strong>estrategia de rotaci\u00f3n de activos<\/strong> de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, ha reportado una plusval\u00eda de 80 millones de euros. La concesi\u00f3n de Central Greece se extend\u00eda desde 2008 hasta el a\u00f1o 2038, mientras que la de Ionian Roads lo hac\u00eda desde 2007 hasta 2037, consolidando ambos activos por puesta en equivalencia.<\/p>\n<p>Cintra, filial de Ferrovial, es una de las compa\u00f1\u00edas l\u00edder en la promoci\u00f3n privada de infraestructuras de transporte en todo el mundo, por n\u00famero de proyectos y volumen de inversi\u00f3n. Actualmente gestiona m\u00e1s de 1.468 kil\u00f3metros de autopistas, repartidos en 24 concesiones en Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos, Europa, Australia y Colombia. Asimismo, es el mayor accionista de la concesionaria de la autopista 407 ETR, en Ontario, Canad\u00e1, con una participaci\u00f3n del 43,23%.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
