La constituci\u00f3n de dicha Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva supone la supresi\u00f3n de la actual Comisi\u00f3n de Operaciones.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma reuni\u00f3n del Consejo se ha acordado designar Vicepresidente no ejecutivo del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n a Jaime Carvajal y Urquijo.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime Carvajal y Urquijo, abogado, es Presidente de Ford Espa\u00f1a y Presidente de las filiales en Espa\u00f1a de Ericsson, Grupo Dresdner y Asea Brown Boveri (ABB). Carvajal y Urquijo es miembro del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Grupo Ferrovial desde 1999.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
