(antes BAA Ltd.), ha llevado a efecto el acuerdo con Qatar Holding LLC, para la transmisi\u00f3n de una participaci\u00f3n del 10,62% de FGP Topco Ltd., sociedad cabecera de Heathrow Airport Holdings, por un precio de 478 millones de libras.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n, anunciada el pasado agosto, estaba pendiente de obtener la autorizaci\u00f3n por parte de la Comisi\u00f3n de la Competencia. Recientemente, la Comisi\u00f3n Europea hizo p\u00fablica su aprobaci\u00f3n a la transacci\u00f3n, tras comprobar que cumpl\u00eda con la legislaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea sobre fusiones y adquisiciones.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan \u00cd\u00f1igo Meir\u00e1s, consejero delegado de Ferrovial, \u0093para nosotros, esta operaci\u00f3n cumple dos objetivos: por un lado, nos mantenemos como primer accionista de Heathrow Airport Holdings y socio industrial. Por otro, los fondos resultantes de la operaci\u00f3n refuerzan nuestra situaci\u00f3n de liquidez, lo que nos otorga gran flexibilidad para acometer inversiones en proyectos de infraestructuras y servicios\u0094.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, en el marco de la misma operaci\u00f3n, Britannia Airport Partners y GIC tambi\u00e9n han vendido acciones a Qatar Holding, 5,63% y 3,75% respectivamente, en proporci\u00f3n a sus participaciones en FGP Topco hasta totalizar un 20% del accionariado de Heathrow Airport Holdings. Esta transacci\u00f3n se ha realizado al mismo precio por acci\u00f3n. De esta forma el total de la operaci\u00f3n ha ascendido a 900 millones de libras.<\/p>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n indirecta de Ferrovial en Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd. se ha reducido hasta el 33,65% como resultado de esta operaci\u00f3n y de la venta realizada el 31 de octubre de 2012 a Stable Investment Corporation, filial de CIC International Co., Ltd. Las participaciones de los otros socios quedan de la siguiente forma: Qatar Holding 20%, Britannia Airport Partners 13,29%, GIC 11,88%, Alinda 11,18% y Stable Investment Corporation 10%.<\/p>\n<p>Qatar Holding LLC formar\u00e1 parte de los consejos de FGP Topco Ltd. y de Heathrow Airport Holdings Ltd.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
