El proyecto, promovido por la sociedad Invers Oil, cuenta con un presupuesto de 2.400 millones de pesetas, se construir\u00e1 en 15 meses y combinar\u00e1 la zona comercial con los espacios destinados al ocio, entre ellos restaurantes, salas de cines y una pista de hielo.<\/p>\n<p>El futuro Centro Comercial Planetocio dispondr\u00e1 de tres plantas con un total de 15.000 m2. La planta baja se destinar\u00e1 a uso comercial, donde se alojar\u00e1n 73 locales comerciales y un supermercado, y en la primera planta, que concentrar\u00e1 la zona de ocio, con restaurantes, 8 salas multicine con una capacidad para 1.500 personas y un local polivante, destacar\u00e1 la instalaci\u00f3n de una gran pista de hielo ol\u00edmpica de 30&#215;60 m. La segunda planta acoger\u00e1 boleras y m\u00e1s espacios de ocio y restauraci\u00f3n. El centro tendr\u00e1 un total de 32.000 m2 de superficie de parking subterr\u00e1neo, distribuido en dos plantas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Centros comerciales y de ocio <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre las referencias m\u00e1s recientes de Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n en el \u00e1mbito de centros comerciales y de ocio se encuentra el Centro Ciudad Lineal de Madrid y el Heron City, en Las Rozas-Madrid, con un total de 22.000 m2 destinados a zona comercial y espacios de ocio, con multitud de restaurantes, cafeter\u00edas, salas de cine, una bolera y hasta un gimnasio.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
