Para ello, se formular\u00e1 una Oferta P\u00fablica de Adquisici\u00f3n (OPA) de acciones, extensiva a 1.590.157 acciones, representativas del 0,67% del capital social de Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n ha determinado un rango de precios entre 7,4 y 8 euros (1.231 y 1.331 pesetas), que pagar\u00e1 en efectivo por acci\u00f3n. Posteriormente, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) fijar\u00e1 en su momento el precio definitivo para la compraventa de las acciones.<\/p>\n<p>La propuesta de exclusi\u00f3n de cotizaci\u00f3n de las acciones de Ferrovial Agrom\u00e1n, a trav\u00e9s de una Oferta P\u00fablica de Adquisici\u00f3n (OPA) de acciones, ser\u00e1 aprobada, junto al resto de puntos del orden del d\u00eda, en la Junta de Accionistas que la constructora celebrar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de junio en Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) deber\u00e1 aprobar el folleto de la OPA y el precio definitivo de la compraventa. Con esta operaci\u00f3n, cuyo calendario podr\u00eda prolongarse hasta el mes de septiembre, concluye el proceso de integraci\u00f3n de la actividad de construcci\u00f3n en Grupo Ferrovial y la consolidaci\u00f3n de Ferrovial como \u00fanico valor cotizado del Grupo.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
