Este organismo ha destacado la calidad, el planteamiento y la negociaci\u00f3n de sus dos programas de externalizaci\u00f3n de servicios, firmados con Telef\u00f3nica (Programa de Comunicaciones) y <a href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas_prensa\/ferrovial-firma-con-hewlett-packard-un-acuerdo-global-de-infraestructura-y-outsourcing-de-ti\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">HP<\/span><\/a> (programa de racionalizaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n<p>La EOA ha destacado especialmente el planteamiento financiero de ambos programas, que contempla posibles cambios estrat\u00e9gicos en operaciones de adquisiciones y ventas, en base a pagos por consumo, lo que se traduce en una mayor flexibilidad para la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la EOA ha alabado el planteamiento estrat\u00e9gico y la rapidez con que se ejecutaron los programas, as\u00ed como la actuaci\u00f3n de Ferrovial ante la gesti\u00f3n del cambio, que conllev\u00f3 la integraci\u00f3n de los procesos de diferentes negocios y pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>El gran proyecto de transformaci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica incluidos en los programas tambi\u00e9n ha sido digno de menci\u00f3n. \u00c9ste ser\u00e1 ejecutado directamente por los outsourcers.<\/p>\n<p>Federico Fl\u00f3rez, Director General de Sistemas de Informaci\u00f3n de Ferrovial, declara estar orgulloso por el reconocimiento de EOA. \u0093Los dos programas de externalizaci\u00f3n han supuesto un duro camino hasta lograr dar forma a un planteamiento estrat\u00e9gico \u00f3ptimo a\u00f1ade.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Luis Rodr\u00edguez S\u00e1nchez del \u00c1lamo, Presidente de EOA en Espa\u00f1a, en su felicitaci\u00f3n a Ferrovial destaca que \u0093este proyecto ha sido capaz de aunar requerimientos muy complejos de negocio en un tiempo r\u00e9cord\u0094 y considera que el aspecto m\u00e1s destacable es el modelo financiero implantado en los dos programas. \u0093Es un modelo innovador y flexible, del que sin duda se beneficiar\u00e1 en su estrategia din\u00e1mica de negocio.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
