Este precio supone una valoraci\u00f3n global de Ferrovial, tras la ampliaci\u00f3n de capital -que tiene lugar simult\u00e1neamente a la OPS-, de 520.000 millones de pesetas.<\/p>\n<p>El Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de Grupo Ferrovial ha acordado en su reuni\u00f3n de hoy, 3 de mayo de 1999, fijar la prima de emisi\u00f3n de las acciones a emitir con ocasi\u00f3n del aumento de capital objeto de la Oferta P\u00fablica de Suscripci\u00f3n (OPS) en 21,95 euros por acci\u00f3n. En consecuencia, las acciones objeto del aumento de capital, de 1 euro de valor nominal, se emitir\u00e1n a un precio efectivo de 22,95 euros por acci\u00f3n, precio que coincide con el de la Oferta. De esta forma, el importe total de la prima de emisi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de 186.844.546 euros (31.088 millones de pesetas).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para empleados, un 10% de descuento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el Precio Definitivo de la Oferta de Empleados -al que, como se anunci\u00f3, se le ha aplicado un 10% de descuento- ser\u00e1 de 20,65 euros (3.436 pesetas).<\/p>\n<p>En el d\u00eda de hoy se han firmado los Contratos de Aseguramiento y Colocaci\u00f3n del Tramo Institucional Espa\u00f1ol y del Tramo Internacional de la Oferta P\u00fablica sin que se hayan registrado variaciones respecto a las Entidades Aseguradoras que firmaron el pasado 26 de abril de 1999 el Protocolo de Aseguramiento y Compromiso de Colocaci\u00f3n de ambos tramos.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
