Este precio supone una valoraci\u00f3n global de Ferrovial, tras la ampliaci\u00f3n de capital -que tiene lugar simult\u00e1neamente a la OPV-, de 520.000 millones de pesetas.<\/p>\n<p>Este precio se sit\u00faa en el punto alto del rango inicial, comunicado hace unos d\u00edas por la empresa, que establec\u00eda una banda de entre 3.452 pesetas (20,75 euros) y 3.818 pesetas (22,95 euros) por acci\u00f3n, que supon\u00eda una valoraci\u00f3n global de Ferrovial de entre 470.000 y 520.000 millones de pesetas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excelente acogida<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La OPV de Ferrovial tiene una excelente acogida en todos los tramos a los que se dirige. A fecha de viernes, 23 de abril, el comportamiento de los tramos es el siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>en el <strong>Tramo Minorista<\/strong>, se han recibido 216.253 Mandatos de Compra no revocados por valor de 349.752 millones de pesetas, lo que representa 5,3 veces la oferta inicial;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>en el <strong>Tramo Institucional espa\u00f1ol<\/strong>, el programa de reuniones de los responsables de Ferrovial finaliz\u00f3 el 20 de abril y, hasta el pasado viernes (23), se hab\u00edan recibido propuestas de Compra por valor de 315.000 millones de pesetas; 10,1 veces la oferta inicial;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>en el <strong>Tramo Internacional<\/strong>, hasta la fecha comentada, se han recibido propuestas de Compra por valor de 27.250 millones de pesetas. Hay que recordar que, en este tramo, el programa de presentaciones comenz\u00f3 el pasado mi\u00e9rcoles, 21 de abril, y que continuar\u00e1 a lo largo de esta semana hasta el d\u00eda 30 de abril;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>en el <strong>Tramo de Empleados<\/strong>, se han recibido Mandatos de Compra no revocados por valor de 3.595 millones de pesetas, lo que representa 2,3 veces la oferta inicial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n        <\/div>\n
