La fusi\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 aglutinar las capacidades de gesti\u00f3n del grupo en todas las fases de promoci\u00f3n y desarrollo de infraestructuras y facilitar\u00e1 una asignaci\u00f3n eficiente de los recursos financieros entre las distintas actividades.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la operaci\u00f3n, Ferrovial presentar\u00e1 una mayor capitalizaci\u00f3n y balance para competir y crear valor para los accionistas. Se convertir\u00e1 en el mayor inversor privado de infraestructuras de transporte del mundo, respaldado por activos de referencia. Las mejoras perseguidas con la integraci\u00f3n son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Operativas:<\/strong> La fusi\u00f3n facilitar\u00e1 la coordinaci\u00f3n de las actividades de construcci\u00f3n y de promoci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de infraestructuras. Esta es esencial, sobre todo, porque la nueva Ferrovial pondr\u00e1 un mayor \u00e9nfasis en la promoci\u00f3n de infraestructuras a partir de su construcci\u00f3n inicial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n financiera de los recursos:<\/strong> Dada la restricci\u00f3n actual en los mercados financieros, se deben optimizar los flujos de caja generados dentro del grupo. La fusi\u00f3n har\u00e1 posible el acceso que ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas accedan a dichos fondos en beneficio mutuo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mercados de capitales:<\/strong> La fusi\u00f3n dar\u00e1 lugar a un mayor tama\u00f1o y profundidad del free-float de ambas compa\u00f1\u00edas, lo que permitir\u00e1 incrementar la liquidez del valor y reducir su volatilidad potencial.
