{"id":778,"date":"2014-05-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-05-12T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/press_releases\/modernizar-infraestructuras-ferroviarias-reino-unido-2\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T23:39:54","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T21:39:54","slug":"modernizar-infraestructuras-ferroviarias-reino-unido-2","status":"publish","type":"press_release","link":"https:\/\/newsroom.ferrovial.com\/es\/notas-prensa\/modernizar-infraestructuras-ferroviarias-reino-unido-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Preseleccionados para modernizar infraestructuras ferroviarias en el Reino Unido por 670 millones"},"content":{"rendered":"    <section class=\"wysiwyg text-editor \" id=\"\">\n        <div class=\"container container--narrow container--p-10\">\n            <p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.networkrail.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Network Rail<\/a>, principal operador ferroviario de Reino Unido, ha preseleccionado al consorcio formado por <a title=\"Amey\" href=\"http:\/\/www.amey.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Amey<\/a> (70%) y la compa\u00f1\u00eda suiza <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sersa-group.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sersa<\/a> (30%) para <strong>renovar las agujas y los cruces de v\u00eda de su red en las regiones de Escocia, Norte de Gales, East Midlands, London North East y London North West.<\/strong> El contrato, que tiene una duraci\u00f3n de 10 a\u00f1os, est\u00e1 valorado en 550 millones de libras (cerca de 670 millones de euros), de los que 385 millones de libras (469 millones de euros) corresponden a Amey.<\/p>\n<p>El sistema empleado por Amey y Sersa permitir\u00e1 <strong>completar los trabajos de renovaci\u00f3n de la red en ocho horas, con lo que se reduce el impacto sobre la circulaci\u00f3n de los trenes y los costes asociados<\/strong>. Con esta nueva adjudicaci\u00f3n, Ferrovial, a trav\u00e9s de Amey, fortalece su posici\u00f3n como uno de los principales contratistas de Network Rail. Recientemente, la compa\u00f1\u00eda se adjudic\u00f3 la electrificaci\u00f3n de 250 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas en el Sur de Inglaterra.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
