El contrato est\u00e1 valorado en 2.269 millones de libras (equivalentes a 2.600 millones de euros).<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto comprende los trabajos del tramo que une la zona de Chilterns, ubicada en el sudeste de Inglaterra, con las afueras de la ciudad de Birmingham. Las obras incluyen la construcci\u00f3n de 15 viaductos, 22 kil\u00f3metros de desv\u00edos de carretera, 67 puentes y 30 millones de metros c\u00fabicos de excavaci\u00f3n, entre otras tareas.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 previsto que los trabajos del tramo que tiene una longitud de 80 kil\u00f3metros comiencen este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La filial de construcci\u00f3n de Ferrovial cuenta con un amplio conocimiento del proyecto, ya que actualmente est\u00e1 realizando los trabajos previos de construcci\u00f3n del tramo central de la l\u00ednea de alta velocidad que unir\u00e1 Londres y Birmingham. Esta secci\u00f3n, que comienza al norte de la estaci\u00f3n de Euston y llega hasta el Aeropuerto de Birmingham, tiene una longitud de 100 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrovial Agroman lleva 60 a\u00f1os realizando obras ferroviarias en todo el mundo, incluyendo proyectos de alta velocidad. Entre ellas destacan la construcci\u00f3n de una parte importante de la red ferroviaria de alta velocidad espa\u00f1ola, as\u00ed como su mantenimiento. La filial de construcci\u00f3n de Ferrovial gestiona proyectos grandes y complejos de dise\u00f1o y construcci\u00f3n multidisciplinares en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\n
