On 30 March 2001, the Shareholders Meeting of Grupo Ferrovial declared a supplementary dividend for 2000 amounting to 0.15 euros (24.958 pesetas), gross, per share.
This dividend will be paid starting 11 May 2001 by Santander Central Hispano Investment, S.A., with SEPI code 0049 (Avenida de San Luis, 25-27 Madrid), through the member entities of the Servicio de Compensación y Liquidación de Valores where the shareholders have deposited their shares.
This dividend supplements that paid by the company on 27 October 2000, which amounted to 0.13 euros (21.63 pesetas), gross; accordingly, the total gross dividend paid to shareholders out of financial year 2000 earnings is 0.28 euros (46.588 pesetas) per share, a 40% increase over the 1999 dividend.
