Ferrovial increases dividend by 38.5%

The payment will be made on 30 November 2001

Today, the Board of Directors of the Grupo Ferrovial resolved to distribute a gross interim dividend of 0.18 euros (29.95 pesetas) per share out of 2001 earnings.

This amount is a 38.5% increase on last years interim dividend.

The dividend will be paid on 30 November 2001.
