This recognition, which reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to the development and wellbeing of its entire workforce, acknowledges the company as one of the best companies in Spain to work for and as a great place to make a career.
This distinction is granted to organizations that meet the highest standards in people management by evidencing best practices in creating an exceptional work environment for their employees. The evaluation, conducted by the Top Employers Institute, highlighted the work carried out by Ferrovial in Spain in areas such as professional development, working conditions and corporate culture, as well as actions aimed at supporting diversity and inclusion in the company.

The quality of the work environment at Ferrovial has already been recognized by other standard setters.
