Ferrovial increases dividend by 10%

Resolved to distribute a gross interim dividend of 0.22 euros per share out of 2003 earnings

The payment will be made on 14 November 2003

The board of Directors of the Grupo Ferrovial resolved to dostribute a gross interim dividend of 0.22 euros per share out of 2003 earnings.

This amount is a 10% increase on last year´s interim dividend.

The dividend will be apid on 14 November 2003.
