Ferrovial has been named as one of Spain’s Top Employers in 2024 because of its people management practices. The company was again recognized with the Top Employer seal, ranking it as one of the best places in Spain to work and develop a career.
Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on the results of its survey on best practices in human resources. The results of the survey rank Ferrovial among the organizations with the highest standards in this area, with outstanding performance in areas such as talent management, equity and diversity.
Carlos Cerezo, Ferrovial’s Human Resources Manager, expressed his satisfaction at receiving this recognition. “This accolade, which once again positions us as one of the best companies in which to grow professionally in Spain, is the result of our commitment to people. We believe it is essential to provide an excellent working environment for talent through meritocracy and diversity.”
In addition to this distinction, which Ferrovial obtained for the second consecutive year, the company has received other awards that position it as a leading employer. Since 2011 it has held the “Equality in the workplace label”, a recognition of excellence in this area granted by Spain’s Ministry of Equality. In 2023, it was awarded the Global Digital Talent award by Accenture and El Economista newspaper for implementing digital initiatives to enhance talent. It has also been named Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn. In the area of equality, Ferrovial has been included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the third consecutive year. With regard to professional wellbeing, Ferrovial was also recently recognized as a Top Wellbeing Company for its employee health and wellness program.
