- Top Employers Institute awarded this seal to Ferrovial for the third consecutive year for achieving the highest standards in human resources management
Ferrovial has been named as one of Spain’s Top Employers in 2025 because of its people management practices. The company has been recognized with the Top Employer seal, ranking it as one of the best places in Spain to work and develop a career for the third year in a row.
Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on the results of its survey on best practices in human resources. The results of the survey rank Ferrovial among the organizations with the highest standards in this area, with outstanding performance in areas such as talent management, equity and diversity.

This award, obtained for the third consecutive year, comes in addition to other recognitions that position Ferrovial as a benchmark company in the workplace, such as the Equality in the Workplace award from the Ministry of Equality, and the Best Employer Brand seal from the LinkedIn professional social network With regard to professional wellbeing, Ferrovial was also recently named Top EX Company 2024 by Intrama for its role as one of the 20 companies in Spain most committed to employee experience and was selected as Top Wellbeing Company for the second year running, thanks to its internal health and wellbeing programme.
