General Shareholders Meeting 2018

Ferrovial held its annual Shareholders’ Meeting, which passed all the items on the agenda, including the Ferrovial Flexible Dividend program.

Chairman Rafael del Pino described 2017 as a good year for the company and its shareholders, highlighting revenue growth and the strong financial position at year-end.

CEO Íñigo Meirás described the contracts awarded during the year and the company’s priorities for 2018, notably the commitment to sustainable growth and financial discipline, particularly cash flow and operational management.
