Ferrovial has been named as a Top Employer by the CRF Institute. In the 2011 list, only five companies belong to the Ibex-35 index.
The Top Employers certification recognises companies with superb human resources policies: it indicates that an employer offers excellent working conditions plus very attractive benefits and labour policies, that it rewards talent and retains employees by creating a good professional climate and offering scope for growth on a professional and personal level.
"The Top Employers certificate ratifies the policies we are implementing at Ferrovial, which focus on enhancing our employees' capabilities, providing them with a satisfactory work environment, and attracting talent to work on our future projects," said Jaime Aguirre, Head of Human Resources at Ferrovial.
The CRF undertakes a four-stage process to identify a country's Top Employers: it shortlists qualifying employers, asks them to complete a survey of best practices, conducts a review and external audit of the survey responses, and scores and selects the successful companies.
