Broadspectrum’s graduate programme among Australia’s most popular

The #SpectrumGrad programme was ranked #25 among the Top 100 Graduate Employers in Australia by Australian Financial Review and GradConnection.

Broadspectrum’s graduate programme, the #SpectrumGrad programme, has been ranked among Australia’s top 25 in the Top 100 Graduate Employers 2017 ranking, ahead of such companies as Vodafone, Unilever and Deutsche Bank. Every year, Australian Financial Review magazine and the GradConnection jobs platform publish a list of the most popular employers among Australia’s new graduates. Broadspectrum’s graduate programme was also a finalist in the Engineering and Resources Employer Awards.

The over 37,000 users of GradConnection, an online platform connecting students and graduates with prospective employers in Australia, voted on the companies where they would prefer to work after graduating.

#SpectrumGrad graduate programme:rotations, mentoring and training

The #SpectrumGrad graduate programme provides recent graduates with three rotations in different areas of the company over a two-year period, providing a training pathway and a mentoring programme to help create a holistic understanding of the organisation and enable graduates to identify the career path of their choice. Participants are able to round out their skills in such areas as project management, communication and teamwork. Recrutiment for the 2018 intake of graduates begins in July 2017.
