FBSerwis to provide maintenance at a shopping centre en Warsaw

FBSerwis, a subsidiary of Ferrovial Services, has been awarded a contract to provide technical maintenance services at the Factory Annopol shopping centre in Warsaw. The range of services includes preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as scheduling and execution of the building's day-to-day maintenance. FACTORY Annopol is the latest shopping centre to be opened in Poland by Neinver, a leading European mall operator. The 25,000 m² building houses 122 shops and services. The company estimates that this new mall will attract 3.5 million people from its catchment area. FBSerwis has been working with Neinver since 2013. In addition to the Annopol contract, Ferrovial Services' Polish subsidiary has been delivering maintenance services at FACTORY Ursus, another Neinver shopping centre in Warsaw, since 2015. Kamil Krzymowski, Area Director of FBSerwis commented that:

"Maintaining this facility involves providing a full range of repairs and inspections without impairing the customer experience. The shopping centre must always be operational, providing a comfortable space for both customers and  workers."

Infrastructure maintenance in Poland 

FBSerwis also recently signed an agreement with Poland's General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways to undertake the maintenance of 179 kilometres of roads in Lubuskie province (Zary region). The five-year contract is worth 52.3 million zlotys (around €12 million). The project involves the maintenance of 99 infrastructures, such as bridges, tunnels and footbridges, spanning 39,504 m² in the Zary region. It also includes road surfacing, installation of traffic signage and protection devices, maintenance of bridges and tunnels, sewer cleaning, tree maintenance, as well as road cleaning, snow removal and de-icing.
