Broadspectrum completes sale of investment in Ratch-Australia

Broadspectrum today announced that it had sold its remaining twenty per cent (20%) interest in Ratch-Australia Corporation Limited to the other shareholder, RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte Ltd.

The sale is consistent with Broadspectrum’s focus on its core strategy and services.
