Ferrovial’s Crime Prevention Model has been certified by AENOR to the UNE 19601 “Crime compliance management system” and ISO 37001 “Anti-bribery management systems” standards. Íñigo Meirás, the company’s CEO, received the certificates from Rafael García Meiro, CEO of AENOR.
These certifications evidence the commitment of Ferrovial and its group of companies to compliance with the law and to preventing crime, contributing to create an ethical culture of integrity and transparency throughout the organization.
Certification to AENOR UNE 19601 “Crime compliance management system” accredits that the compliance system implemented by Ferrovial to detect and prevent crime conforms to best practices in this area.
Additionally, certification to ISO 37001 “Anti-bribery management systems” attests that the organization has appropriate mechanisms in place to prevent, detect and address bribery.
