Ferrovial has appointed Pedro Montoya as Director of Compliance and Risk. A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, he holds a Master’s Degree in Law from IE Business School and has completed the IESE PDD management program. Montoya was formerly Director of Compliance and Risk at ALEATICA.
Pedro Montoya started his professional career in Procter & Gamble in 1986; in 1991, he joined the legal department at CASA, where he was General Counsel and secretary to the Board. In 2001, he was brought into EADS, where he held a number of positions in the legal department; in 2006, he was appointed General Counsel of EADS International. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Compliance at the Airbus Group, reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
