407 International Inc. announced today revenues of $390.5 million for the second quarter of 2019, compared to $362.5 million for the same period of 2018. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”1 ) totalled $347.4 million for the second quarter of 2019 compared with $318.9 million for the same period of 2018.
The Company reported net income of $147.1 million for the second quarter of 2019, compared with net income of $129.2 million for same period of 2018.
The Board of Directors declared an eligible dividend of $0.323 per common share, payable on or about July 11, 2019 to shareholders of record on July 11, 2019.
