As part of the ‘Wear your red’ campaign this Friday, February 4 in honor of the Women’s Heart Awareness, the I-77 Express is encouraging its employees to wear red to raise awareness of heart disease.
Go Red for Women, is a comprehensive platform designed to increase women’s heart health awareness and serve as a catalyst for change to improve the lives of women globally.
It’s no longer just about wearing red; it’s no longer just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together with Go Red and taking charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States-greater than all forms of cancer. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for African American and Caucasian women in the United States.
Wear red to bring about awareness to heart disease. Making a commitment to your health is not something you have to do alone, so grab a friend or a family member, and make a Go Red Healthy
Behavior Commitment, today!
