There’s a lot of great buzz around Webber’s work on US 290 Segment 5!
We’re celebrating a huge milestone; our Safety First policy is really working well. Crewmembers have successfully reached 100,000 hours worked without a single onsite accident. We couldn’t be more proud of our crew!
The US 290 Segment 5 crew has completed the switch of the WB mainlines over new pavement from Fairbanks up to W. Little York. Additionally, two new permanent ramps have been opened. Operation was scheduled to include full highway closure, but was completed early, greatly reducing the effects on the public.
Finally, our work on US 290 Segment 5 was featured in Texas Contractor Magazine, detailing Webber picking up the work from another contractor’s default and recovering the construction schedule.
