407 International Inc. (the “Company”) announced revenues of $801.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2013, compared to $734.0 million for the same period of 2012. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA” ) totalled $664.8 million for 2013 as compared with $608.2 million for the same period of 2012. The Company reported net income of $248.7 million for 2013, compared with net income of $174.4 million for the same period of 2012.
407 International Inc. is owned by Cintra Infraestructuras S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ferrovial S. A. (43.23%), by indirectly owned subsidiaries of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (total 40%), and by SNC-Lavalin (16.77%).
