Last month, Amey had their Investors in People (IiP) reassessment to measure employee engagement and development. After interviewing over 200 people across all areas, the IiP has now told Amey they have retained their Gold standard.
In addition to receiving Gold, Amey also retained their Champion status, which enables them to continue supporting the IiP in assisting other organisations to achieve their IiP status and cements Amey’s position as being recognised for delivering best practice in people management.
