Broadspectrum’s #SpectrumGrad ranks in Australia’s top 20 graduate programmes

Broadspectrum’s graduate programme #SpectrumGrad was recently ranked number 19 in the top 75 Graduate Programs of 2018 by The Australian Association of Graduate Employers. The Australian subsidiary of Ferrovial Services received the ranking based on feedback given by graduates who themselves took part in the programme. Recent graduates, undergraduates, and university careers services find the ranking to be highly valuable as it helps to evaluate potential employers. 2017’s #SpectrumGrad programme received more than 2,500 applications with the number expected to grow for subsequent programmes. Mentorship, relocation and leadership training are core components of the programme, and each year, 10 graduates are challenged during the two-year programme. #SpectrumGrad took home the Best Graduate Development Programme at the 2017 Australian HR Awards, while also being ranked 25^th in the Top 100 Most Popular Graduate Employers of 2017 by the Australian Financial Review. These awards and high rankings will ensure that Broadspectrum continues to attract the highest quality graduate talent in the future.
