As it has done for the past 11 years, this June and July Ferrovial held the “Ferrovial Olympics”, an event with which the company aims to encourage a healthy way of life and promote team spirit among employees across the whole world.
The entire Ferrovial team was able to participate in person in the varying activities such as football, basketball, tennis and padel tennis matches, as well as relay races, table tennis and swimming relays for pairs.
The two star activities were the Olympic Gymkhana, the most entertaining of the Olympic disciplines, not requiring the height of fitness, and a team event, and the charity race “There is a way out of Gender-based Violence”, in which Ferrovial participated as collaborative company and which was held on 28 June, in the El Retiro park in Madrid.
Furthermore, employees were able to participate in the online version, through a free app, so they could participate while walking, running or cycling.
Yet another year of the Ferrovial Olympics comes to a close in which sport, companionship and personal performance were key to success.
