Ferrovial Airports welcomes the graduates of the latest edition of the Talent 2 Programme

The Talent 2 Programme is a 2-year tailor-made program, designed by Ferrovial Airports and Heathrow Airport that gives the opportunity to work within industry-leading companies and contribute to challenging projects across a uniquely diverse business.

Over the course of two years, a tailor-made development plan will combine assessment and on-the-job training, exposing you to a wide range of projects and temporary assignments in different departments and area’s within the business. The programme’s practical side is complemented with training courses taught at Ferrovial’s Summa University and other external learning centers. Through the learning experience our graduates will receive on-going mentoring from senior professionals and will be assigned a ‘buddy’ to guide them through the different steps and stages. To add complexity to the program, graduates will prepare an international project that will have to present to the board of directors in September 2018.
