Ferrovial Services Spain has been awarded the contract for cleaning services at the University of Alicante campus facilities, to cover a total surface area of approximately 212,110m2 and a staff of close to 180 people.
This contract must meet the compulsory requirements of ensuring a quality service, while promoting a suitable work-life balance, care for the environment, energy efficiency and inclusion of disadvantaged groups such as women affected by domestic violence.
Ferrovial Services has extensive experience in contracts of this type, and a team of human resources which is unique in the sector.
Ferrovial will provide innovative machinery and work methods that distinguish it from competitors. It uses top-of-the-range machinery such as cutting-edge scrubbers, buggy-type electric vehicles for moving within the campus, and ultra-modern osmosis machinery for cleaning windows at height.
