Ferrovial has obtained the Top Employers certificate by the Top Employers Institute for the third consecutive year.
This award recognises companies which offer superior working conditions, encourage professional growth and development at all levels of the organisation, and strive continuously to improve their employment policies.
The Top Employers Institute evaluates four criteria when granting certification: primary benefits, secondary benefits and working conditions, training and development, and career development and corporate culture.
Participating companies are analysed by Top Employers and must meet the required high standards to obtain certification. All answers are audited independently to ensure the validity of the process.
Jaime Aguirre, General Manager of Human Resources, expressed his satisfaction with the distinction: "Addressing a future which is in constant flux and increasingly diverse and global is the primary challenge for all companies. To continue on the path of success, we at Ferrovial strengthen our professionals' skills without losing sight of the values and enthusiasm which will enable us to leverage the opportunities that will inevitably arise in such a complex environment".
