Resolved to distribute a gross interim dividend of 0.20 euros per share out of 2002 earnings The payment will be made on 15 November 2002 Madrid, 28 October 2002 The Board of Directors of the Grupo Ferrovial resolved to distribute a gross interim dividend of 0.20 euros per share out of 2002 earnings. This amount is a 11.1% increase on last year's interim dividend. The dividend will be paid on 15 November 2002.
