Buyers of a Ferrovial Inmobiliaria home will get a parking space free of charge

During the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA) between 25-29 May It will apply a discount to the house price that is equivalent to the sale price of a parking space if purchased at the same time Customers can pre-book at SIMA for 300 euro and sign the corresponding down payment contract within at most 15 calendar days Ferrovial Inmobiliaria will give a parking space for free to anyone who buys one of its homes during the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition (SIMA) between 25 and 29 May. A discount will be applied to the house price that is equivalent to the sale price of a parking space if purchased at the same time. To participate in this promotion, buyers must do the following: - Go to Ferrovial Inmobiliaria´s stand (pavilion 8, stand 8C 09) during the exhibition; - Make a pre-reservation at that stand by paying 300 euro (by cheque or credit or debit card) and choose the house and parking space to which the promotion will be applied. The payment will be on account of the down payment. Ferrovial Inmobiliaria´s stand will have the documentation about the sale prices of the homes and parking spaces and the signed pre-reservation document will state the acquisition prices of the chosen property and the discount applied in the promotion; - Within at most 15 calendar days from the signature of that pre-reservation document, buyers must sign the corresponding down payment contract, which establishes the terms of the acquisition of the home and parking space (and lumber room, where appropriate) chosen in the pre-reservation document. To make the promotion more flexible, the pre-reservation document can be signed by the buyers of the chosen property or by a third party who identifies the buyers in that document and pays 300 euro. The promotion is applicable to the acquisition of any homes developed by Ferrovial Inmobiliaria in Spain except the following developments: Las Terrazas de Gran Vía (Madrid); Gran Vía (Sevilla); Castelar I, II and III (Barcelona); Litoral Beach (Málaga); Isla de Altea I, II and III (Alicante); Torres del Saler I (Quatre Carreres - Valencia); Edificio Luna (Alicante) and Ríos de Castellón.
