More than 100,000 spaces in Spain and Portugal
In the last two years, the Ferrovial Group has maintained a rate of awards and acquisitions in the field of parking lots that has made it the leader on the national market. Cintra, a company in the Group that is in charge of bidding and management of all kinds of concessions of transport infrastructures, is now managing more than 100,000 parking spaces through three firms (Ferrovial Aparcamientos, ESSA and Dornier) in the main cities of Spain and Portugal. The parking area foresees a turnover of more than 9,000 million pesetas in 1998, 30% more than in the previous financial year.
