Madrid, 14 June 2013.- Ferrovial Agroman has become aware, due to press reports, of the writ presented by the prosecutor before the court that is handling the “Palau Case”, requesting the initiation of the intermediate phase of the proceedings.
Ferrovial Agroman reiterates that its relationship with the Palau de la Música was exclusively one of sponsorship, as it has evidenced before the court.
Ferrovial Agroman remains fully at the disposal of the justice authorities to continue cooperating with a view to clarifying the events being investigated in this case.
