Ferrovial Agroman comments on the decision in the Palau Case

The Barcelona Provincial Court has handed down a sentence in the "Palau Case", exonerating the two executives related to Ferrovial Agroman. While fully respecting the court's decision, Ferrovial Agroman reiterates its conviction that the projects in which it was involved were awarded properly, to the bid that was superior in economic terms in all cases. Moreover, the company had no control over the ultimate use of the funds it provided to the Palau de la Música under sponsorship contracts.
